EURYDICE
A play by Sarah Ruhl (2003)
Model by MB Underwood (Fall 2015)
Split between the underworld and the surface world, the play has many layers of beauty and emotion.
Although time is not established in the play, I designed in an art deco style, meaningful because Eurydice’s father lived in the 1930s-40s.
In addition to art deco, I was inspired by Fingal’s Single Cave in Stuffa Scotland known as “the Cave of Melody”.
